Welcome to Oil Master Mobile! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile oil change and related services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

 

### 1. Appointments and Cancellations

- **Booking Appointments**: When scheduling a service, we will provide you with an estimated appointment time. Please note that due to potential factors such as traffic or unforeseen complications, appointment times are not guaranteed.

- **Cancellations**: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund, though we will strive to accommodate you when possible.

  

### 2. Payment and Refunds

- **Payment**: All payments are due at the time of scheduling (when you book an appointment) unless otherwise specified in writing. Monthly payments are due on the first of the month, every month. 

- **Refund Policy**: Full refunds are guaranteed only for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Refunds requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service cannot be guaranteed.

 

### 3. Liability and Vehicle Damage

- **Our Responsibility**: If our staff damages your vehicle during the course of service and there is reasonable proof of this, you may be entitled to compensation. We will assess any claims and work with you to resolve the matter.

- **Your Responsibility**: We are not liable for damages to your vehicle that result from incorrect information provided by you, the client, such as incorrect vehicle details or service requests.

- **Third-Party Equipment**: We are not liable for damages or issues arising from defective equipment or parts purchased independently by you or provided by third parties.

 

### 4. Warranty and Service Issues

- **Warranty Coverage**: If you experience any issues with your vehicle related to our service, you must report them within two (2) weeks of the service date. Any problems reported after this two-week period are not covered by our warranty.

- **Free Service Resolution**: Any valid service issues reported within two (2) weeks from the date of service will be covered under warranty and resolved free of charge.

 

### 5. Quality of Service

We are committed to delivering the highest quality service at a reasonable price. ### 6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah and the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

### 7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
